咖啡,原产于阿拉伯,但是多数现代咖啡却是意大利人的发明,除此之外,美国和澳大利亚咖啡也比较著名。
Italian coffees
Espresso
Espresso,即浓咖啡之意,制作方法简单,只需将磨碎的咖啡豆(ground coffee beans)用开水冲泡,并高压过滤即可,当然,苦味非常浓烈;

Macchiato
Macchiato,玛琪朵,是在ESPRESSO的基础上加入奶泡而成,口感略比ESPRESSO软几分,有一丝若有若无的奶香;Macchiato在意大利语中是“斑点”之意,故因此而得名;

Café Latte
Café Latte,拿铁咖啡;在美国,你可以简单地称其为Latte,但是如果你在意大利就需要注意了;Latte,在意大利语中是milk的意思,因此,如果你在意大利叫一杯Latte,端上来的极有可能是一杯牛奶;
cafe Latte,是在ESPRESSO的基础上加上热牛奶(steamed milk),牛奶因为加热产生气泡,因此上面会漂有一层牛奶气泡(milk foam);

Cappuccino
Cappuccino,卡布奇诺,与Latte类似,也是由ESPRESSO和发泡牛奶组成,区别在于,Latte奶多泡少,咖啡味轻;Cappuccino泡多奶少,咖啡味重;

Mocha
Mocha,摩卡,是在ESPRESSO的基础上加入牛奶和巧克力浆制成,有巧克力般的顺滑口感;
American coffees
Americano
Americano,美式咖啡,是在ESPRESSO的基础上加入两倍热水稀释而成,如果你喜欢Espresso的味道,但又不想那么快喝完,Americano是个不错的选择;

Australian coffees
Flat white
Flat white,白咖啡,是在ESPRESSO的基础上加入不发泡的牛奶制成,跟Latte的区别在于,Latte中加入的是发泡牛奶,喝起来不像Flat white般柔软流畅;
Long black
Long black,是在ESPRESSO中加入一半热水制成的,相比Americano,咖啡浓度更高;
